"The collaborative modern synthpop oriented band ELYXR, recently released their single "Take Me There" featuring the amazing vocals of female singer Casey Desmond of CMB. This romantic anti-love themed song is full of great emotion that goes along perfectly with the electro minimalistic approach of the musical production. The rythm pleasant drumbeats are perfectly balanced with the beautiful synth melodies and a right amount of sweet chords that can evoke a deep emotive tale of dramatic love. The overall production is top quality and clean, it has a more mainstream sound approach than other more obscure modern synthpop tracks, but it's not detrimental to the final product, it seems to get the right balance and it benefits to appeal to a larger audience that enjoy this more contemporary sound. The vocals are probably the highlight of the track, they are delightful and perfectly polished, the tone and texture fits perfectly to the mood of the song. The electropop from ELYXR is very enjoyable and easy to listen to, it also offers nice details that makes you recognize that this was a carefully planned audio production. ELYXR has released 8 singles in 2017-18 & their debut album Eternal Life Eternal Youth was released on July 11th 2019. We invite you to check them out and give a chance to their fine modern sound."

ELYXR is a synthpop act where every song is collaboration with songwriter/producer kasson crooker (freezepop, symbion project).
For years I wanted to collaborate with casey who is at the top of her game in creating amazing synth-driven pop hits.
She has such a powerful voice and has a creative passion that is really felt in the song "take me there" ~ it was an honor to work with her and be sure to check out her band Cosmic microwave background!
